In my session I will be discussing not only the physical benefits of yoga but also the powerful mental/emotional benefits of yoga & meditation.  As well as overall mindfulness in our life.  I will combine lecture as well as a short meditation so people can walk away actually feeling the benefits for themselves and see how accessible it is to them. My background into this industry is overcoming alcoholism ... I've personally seen, felt and continue to reap the benefits of this beautiful, life changing practice.  One of the most amazing aspects of yoga & meditation is it is accessible to everyone.
