Kick any activity up a notch by adding music, creating challenges, adding time limits, adding/changing equipment or combining multiple activities together.
Purpose of the session: This session will provide colleagues with standard-based activities that are innovative, engaging and fun. These activities can easily be modified for any age and skill level and can easily be implemented into existing Physical Education and Adapted PE programs. Best of all, many of the activities can be taught to large groups.
